Ring All Users

Please note that this feature is currently in BETA, meaning it is in a testing phase to gather feedback and may have limited functionality or unexpected behavior.


We offer the option for phone numbers to "Ring All Users."  You may assign a campaign phone number to more than one user (example: multiple BD reps).  When a lead calls that phone number, it will ring to those users at the same time.  Essentially, the first one that picks up is the winner!

Step 1: Choose where to send your calls

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane and then My Staff.
  2. Select the edit pencil icon next to the user.
  3. Expand the Call & Voicemail Settings section.
  4. In the Inbound Twilio Number dropdown, select if you want it to ring to the web browser Vintory app or the Vintory mobile App.  Click SAVE.
  5. Repeat this for each User.

Web App: Your Vintory App must be open to the correct account on your desktop computer to receive the calls.

Mobile App: You must have your Vintory mobile app downloaded, logged in, and open (in the background) to the correct account to receive the calls.

 

Note: If you have more than one Vintory account (multiple markets), you will only receive calls to the account that you have open at the time.  Option: Having multiple users assigned to Ring All Users in one market and a different set of users assigned in the other market.

Step 2: Set up Ring All Users

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane and then Phone Numbers.
  2. Located the campaign phone number you wish to have Ring All Users.  Select the three dots to the right and click Edit Configuration.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, check the box to the left of "Ring Incoming Call to all Users."



  4. In the dropdown, select the users you want it to ring to. You may select up to 8 users.
  5. In the "Forwarding Calls to", leave this field blank.
  6. Click SAVE.
  7. Be sure the rest of your phone number settings are configured and make any adjustments if needed.
  8. Be sure to test your campaign phone number.
  9. Your number is now ready to use.

Please note that this feature is in BETA.  It is important that you test the functionality of the calls before deciding to use this feature.
