Q: Do I have to use all of the existing automation and stages set up in the Pipeline?

A: No, you can customize it specifically to fit your needs.  We have built an outline for you to use but you can make modifications as needed to the stages and automations. 

Q: Can I send notifications and communications to non-Vintory users within my team?

A: Yes, you can set up the automated notifications (email, SMS, etc) to custom email addresses. Please note: you cannot cc/bcc additional contacts per email in the workflows, so we recommend using team inboxes if setting up automated emails to multiple users within a team.  

Q: How do I send the owners the contract and any additional documents I need to have signed?

A: We are transitioning away from our DocuSign integration as you can now send documents directly from the Vintory platform! Our goal is to make contract sending easier for our Partners to use and manage themselves.  The below help articles will help with your contract automation setup and sending.

Pro Tip: it maybe helpful to use this feature for your onboarding forms and/or paperwork as well for automated ease!

Q: Can I schedule a reminder via call or text after the agreement is signed to keep the owners in the loop of the onboarding process?

A:  Yes! You can add various email and SMS notifications throughout the onboarding journey. This can all be customized within the automations.
