Sending your Property Management Agreement and Contracts

Step-by-step guide on How to Send your Property Management Agreements through Vintory Documents and Proposals

Step 1: Select the Template/Property Agreement You Want to Use

1. Go to 'Payments', and then 'Documents and Contracts' then go to 'Templates'
2. Choose which Template/Property Agreement you would want to use and then on the right side of your template with those three dots go ahead and click on the three dots and then 'Use Template'.

Step 2: Edit the Template and Assign Recipient

1. Review your contract and do the necessary editing specifically for that homeowner, any sort of changes to the contract that you guys have agreed on specifically with this homeowner you can actually edit that before you send the property agreement.
2. Go ahead and click on the 'Signature' elements which you have added when creating the contract and make sure that the 'Signature' element for the property manager is updated
3. Click the 'Signature' element for the homeowner, what we did for this signature is its just going to auto send to whoever the recipient is so go ahead and find the 'Recipient' icon (little person-like icon) located at the left side of the screen and then we're gonna go ahead and select who that person you want to send the contract to.
4. Click on 'Send' and choose between two options (Send via Email or Share via Link)
