Sending your Property Management Agreement and Contracts (Manually)

Step 1: Select the Template/Property Agreement You Want to Use

Navigate to Payments > Documents and Contracts and select Templates.
Choose which Template/Property Agreement you would want to use and then on the right side of your template click the three dots and select Use Template.

Step 2: Edit the Template and Assign Recipient

Review your contract and do the necessary editing specifically for that homeowner, any sort of changes to the contract that you guys have agreed on specifically with this homeowner you can actually edit that before you send the property agreement.
Go ahead and click on the 'Signature' elements which you have added when creating the contract and make sure that the 'Signature' element for the property manager is updated
Click the 'Signature' element for the homeowner, what we did for this signature is its just going to auto send to whoever the recipient is so go ahead and find the 'Recipient' icon (little person-like icon) located at the left side of the screen and then we're gonna go ahead and select who that person you want to send the contract to.
Click on 'Send' and choose between two options (Send via Email or Share via Link)

Note: 'Signature' elements are color coded, make sure to remember which signature you are assigning to a recipient.

Signatures are also mandatory. We recommend creating a template with one required signature and adding in more signature fields before sending in the case of multiple owners.

Tip:

'Send via Email' is just going to automatically send them an email through the platform

Use 'Share via Link' if you wanted to send from your own specific email

It's so much more quick to just send via email so you can see that's actually already been sent out.
