Accessing Profile Settings
- Navigate to Settings in the menu pane.
- Click on the My Profile section.
You can only view and edit your own profile; other users' profiles are inaccessible if you only have User role.
Admin Users can edit User's Profile from Settings>My Staff
Updating Personal Data Information
- To change your profile picture, click on the picture or camera icon under Personal Logo. This action will redirect you to your computer browser. Select the file and click on Open.
- Update your first name, last name, and email address to reflect your preferred information.
- Enter your physical cell phone number in the provided field. This number is used for two-factor authentication and linking leads to your account. It will not be visible to the leads. Ensure it is a valid cell phone number.
- Once completed, select Update Profile button to save the information in this section.
Changing Password
- If you wish to change your password, locate the Change Password section on the right hand side.
- Enter your current password and create a new password as prompted.
- Once completed, select Update Password to save the newly created password.
Configuring User Availability
- Determine your meeting location and select it from the dropdown options.
- Choose your time zone from the available list.
- Specify your hours of availability based on your location. You can customize your availability for each day.
Email Signature
- Enable the option to include your signature in all outgoing messages by checking the corresponding box.
- Create a simple email signature by adding your name, title, company, and phone number. Make sure to include your campaign phone number not your personal cell phone number.
Optionally, you can provide a link to your landing page for more information.
Calendar Settings
1. Click Add New Button to see options to connect with Zoom, Google Calendar,Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar
Calendar Configuration
- Once calendars are integrated, assign your Primary Calendar where you will schedule meetings in the Calendar Configuration section.
- If you have a Conflict Calendar, assign it as the backup calendar to prevent double bookings under the Check for Conflicts. Personal and work calendars are common conflict calendar examples.
Email Two-Way Sync
- If desired, enable two-way email sync with your email provider. This feature allows synchronization of emails between your provider and the platform.
