Editing My Profile

View, edit and update your "My Profile" section.

Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane.
  2. Click on the My Profile section.

You can only view and edit your own profile; other users' profiles are inaccessible if you only have User role.

Admin Users can edit User's Profile from Settings>My Staff

 

Updating Personal Data Information

  1. To change your profile picture, click on the picture or camera icon under Personal Logo. This action will redirect you to your computer browser.  Select the file and click on Open.
  2. Update your first name, last name, and email address to reflect your preferred information.
  3. Enter your physical cell phone number in the provided field. This number is used for two-factor authentication and linking leads to your account.  It will not be visible to the leads. Ensure it is a valid cell phone number.
  4. Once completed, select Update Profile button to save the information in this section.

       

                                                                                                                 

Changing Password

  1. If you wish to change your password, locate the Change Password section on the right hand side.
  2. Enter your current password and create a new password as prompted.
  3. Once completed, select Update Password to save the newly created password.

Configuring User Availability

  1. Determine your meeting location and select it from the dropdown options.
  2. Choose your time zone from the available list.
  3. Specify your hours of availability based on your location. You can customize your availability for each day.


Email Signature

  1. Enable the option to include your signature in all outgoing messages by checking the corresponding box.
  2. Create a simple email signature by adding your name, title, company, and phone number. Make sure to include your campaign phone number not your personal cell phone number.
    Optionally, you can provide a link to your landing page for more information.

Calendar Settings

 

1. Click Add New Button to see options to connect with Zoom, Google Calendar,Outlook Calendar and iCloud Calendar

2. If you plan to integrate with Zoom, click on Connect in the Zoom integration section. Provide your Zoom username and password for authentication

Calendar Configuration

  1. Once calendars are integrated, assign your Primary Calendar where you will schedule meetings in the Calendar Configuration section.
  2. If you have a Conflict Calendar, assign it as the backup calendar to prevent double bookings under the Check for Conflicts. Personal and work calendars are common conflict calendar examples.

Email Two-Way Sync

  1. If desired, enable two-way email sync with your email provider. This feature allows synchronization of emails between your provider and the platform.
