View a Contact's Active and Past Workflows

Determine the active and past workflows for a contact.

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the menu pane.
  2. Find and click on the desired Contact.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom on the left-hand side.
  4. Expand the section that says Automation by clicking on the arrow.
  5. Here you can view all the Active and Past workflows.
  6. You can add them to any workflow or remove them from current ones.
