How to Manually Remove a Contact from a Workflow

Find the Contact

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the menu pane.
  2. Search for the contact you want to remove from the workflow.
  3. Click the contact's name to view their Contact Card.


Remove the Contact from the Workflow

  1. On the contact card, scroll down to ACTIONS which contain Tags, Automation, and Opportunities.
  2. Click on the arrow to expand the Automation section.  Here you will see all of the workflows the contact is currently active in and any they have been a part of in the past.
  3. Locate the workflow you want to remove the contact from the Active section.
  4. Click the X next to that specific workflow.
  5. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to remove the contact from the workflow.


The contact will now be removed from the workflow and moved to the Past section of their contact record.
