Reviewing the Calendar Link

  • The calendar link will display a page with the title of your calendar at the top.
  • The description on the calendar link page instructs participants to select a day and time that suits them for the meeting or whatever content you provided in the group description when creating the calendar.
  • We've jazzed things up a bit in the calendar widget and moved the 'Continue' button (now called 'Select') to a new spot. Now, when you click on a timeslot, the 'Select' button will be right there beside it, ensuring a smoother and more efficient user journey.

Viewing Meeting Duration and Selecting a Time

  • New leads can select different days and times that are provided on the calendar.
  • The calendar will display the meeting duration.

Time Zone and Manual Adjustment

  • The chosen day and time, along with the time zone of your computer, will be populated on the calendar link page.
  • The time zone is determined based on the lead's time zone.
  • There is an option for the lead to manually adjust the time zone if necessary.

Required Lead Information

  • When continuing with the scheduling process, the lead will be prompted to enter their first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
  • These fields are mandatory for the lead to complete.

Optional Additional Information

  • In addition to the required information, the lead may provide any optional details as needed.

Submission and Integration

  • Once the lead submits the required and optional information, it is sent back to Vintory and placed on your calendar.
  • If you have integrated Google Meet or Zoom, the submitted information will be visible in your calendar.

Automatic Link Generation

  • When either you or the lead schedules the meeting by clicking on "schedule meeting," the necessary links for the meeting (Google Meet or Zoom) will be automatically generated.  It will appear in the meeting location on their calendar.
