New Listing Outreach Workflow
In the "New Listing Outreach" workflow, a series of actions are automatically triggered once a property is listed and marked in the MLS as new.
- The workflow looks at the new property listed to verify if it was or was not tagged as recent touch. In the case that it is, the workflow follows the right-hand side of the branch, and correspondingly, if it is NOT tagged as recent touch, will follow the left-hand side of the condition
- An opportunity is automatically created and tagged as MLS New and placed into the Agent Outreach Pipeline's Email Sent To Listing Agent stage. These Opportunities are also tagged as "RAD"
- Listing Notes are also added to the Opportunity card and can be found in the Contact Card notes as well.
- The Agent Outreach workflow also has an automated email that is sent to the Listing Agent for you! These emails can also be edited. Find out how to customize Agent Outreach Emails. Once the email is sent, the next step in the workflow is to wait for 15 days from the Listing Agent that leads to another conditional logic.
- Depending on whether or not the listing agent responded, the opportunity move through the corresponding workflow.
- If the listing agent has not responded, the workflow will initiate a follow-up email process that distinguishes between those who opened the initial email and those who did not. Based on the agent's engagement with the email, the opportunity will either be removed from the pipeline or updated to reflect the status "Engaged Listing Agent."
