Customizing Agent Outreach Emails

Accessing the Email Templates:

  1. Navigate to the "Automations" section from the blue menu.
  2. Locate the "Agent Outreach" folder and select either the "Closed Listing Outreach" or "New Listing Outreach" workflow, depending on the desired email customization.

Editing Closed Listing Outreach Emails:

  1. Within the chosen workflow, identify the email template associated with the closed listing outreach.
  2. Click on the email template to open the editing interface.
  3. Review the existing content and identify areas for customization.
  4. Edit the subject line, body content, or call-to-action according to your requirements.
  5. Ensure that the language and tone align with your branding and communication style.
  6. Save the changes to the email template to apply the changes.
  7. Make sure to Save at the top of the workflow as well.

Editing New Listing Outreach Emails:

  1. Similarly, within the selected workflow, locate the email template designated for new listing outreach.
  2. Access the email template for editing by clicking on it.
  3. Review the content of the email template, focusing on areas that require customization.
  4. Modify the subject line, email body, or any other elements to better suit your communication objectives.
  5. Consider incorporating personalized touches to enhance engagement and relevance.
  6. Save the updated email template to apply the changes.
  7. Make sure to Save at the top of the workflow as well.
