Learn how to add a Tag to One or More Contacts

Tags are a flexible way to categorize your Contacts. You can assign tags based on specific criteria or preferences that are relevant to your needs.

Tagging Individual Contacts

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the menu pane and click on the name of the contact you wish to add a tag.
  2. Inside the Contact Card, scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the Actions section.
  3. Within this section, locate the Tags option.
  4. Click on the box labeled Tags. This action will open a list of available tags.
  5. From the list of available Tags, select the Tag that you want to assign to the contact. You can choose one tag or multiple tags, depending on your preference.

Bulk Tagging for Multiple Contacts

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the menu pane.

  2. Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to tag. You can select as many contacts as you need.

  3. Once you have selected the desired contacts, you can add a Tag to them by choosing the Add Tag button from the menu at the top.  Add Tag

  4. Select the Tag from the dropdown menu. You can add as many as you would like.  Then click Add to confirm.

Bulk Deleting Tags for Multiple Contacts

  1. Alternatively, if you have mistakenly added a Tag, you can also remove it using the Delete Tag button from the menu at the top.  Delete Tag

  2. Select the Tag from the dropdown menu. You can add as many as you would like.  Then click Remove to confirm.
