Workflow Reporting

How to review and understand the statistics and history for each workflow.

Viewing statistics from the builder

Please know that workflows are not editable in Stats View.

  1. Login to your Vintory account and locate Automation in the left menu pane
  2. Select the automation you'd like to review the statistics of
  3.  Once in the workflow builder, toggle "Stats View" on
    1. You'll notice that above certain action items, numbers will appear

  4. Clicking on the numbers will pull up the list of prospects enrolled in that step of your workflow
    1. Selecting the expand icon next to the selected contacts record will lead to the Execution logs
    2. You can also move all contacts to the next step in the workflow using the running man icon
    3. You can also delete all the contacts in this step using the trash icon

  5. In Stats View, you can also review metrics of the email automations included in your workflow.

Viewing statistics from Enrollment History & Execution Logs

Enrollment History

  1. In the workflow, select Enrollment History just below the workflow's name
  2. In this view, you can view a history of all the contacts who have entered this Workflow
    1. Your list can be filtered by time and/or status.
    2. You also have the option of searching for a particular contact
    3. In the same record row as the contact, you again have the options to:
      1. View execution history
      2. Move contact to the next step
      3. Remove the contact from the workflow

Execution Logs

  1. In the workflow, select Execution Logs just below the workflow's name
  2. In this view you can view a history of all executions performed by this Workflow
    1. Your list can be filtered by time and/or status.
    2. You also have the option of searching for a particular contact
    3. In the same record row as the contact, you again have the options to:
      1. View all event related details relating to a particular contact
      2. View execution history - all the actions taken for that particular contact throughout the workflow
      3. View the contact's history
