How to View Your Postcard Template in Design Studio

Navigate to Design Studio:
- Click on Design Studio from the blue navigation menu on the left-hand side

Access the Templates:
- At the top of the Design Studio page, find the Creative dropdown menu.
 - Click on View Templates from the dropdown options.

Viewing Templates:
- Here, you will see all the templates available:
- Templates created and uploaded by the Vintory team.
 - Templates you have created yourself.

Template Details:
- Each template entry shows details such as:
- The name of the template.
 - The size of the template.
 - The date it was created.
 - The date it was last updated.
 - Proof status (indicated by a checkbox if proofed or an X if not).

Understanding Proof Status:
- Proofing ensures that the template has been checked for accuracy, including spelling and bleed lines for images.
 - To proof a template, click on the three dots next to the template and select Proof.

Managing Templates:
- Besides proofing, the other available options for a template are:
- Edit: Modify the template.
 - Copy: Duplicate the template.
 - Delete: Remove the template (not recommended).

Recommendation on Editing:
- It is advised not to edit the original Vintory template directly.
 - Instead, create a copy of the template and then make any necessary changes to the copy. This ensures you always have the original version available if needed.

Editing a Template:
- To edit a template, click on Edit. This will open the template for modifications.
 - You will see options to edit the front and back sides of the postcard.
 - Make your changes as required.

Saving Your Changes:
- Once done with the edits, you can:
- Save: Save your changes.
 - Save and Close: Save and exit the editing mode.
 - Close: Exit without saving changes.
