Accessing Your Landing Page

  1. Start by going  to Sites from the navigation menu 
  2. Here, you will find various landing page funnels
  3. Select the website funnel you wish to view and/or edit
    1. Owner Acquisition Landing Page is the most commonly used website funnel used to house your main landing page, thank you page and any ROI calc or Pro Forma pages. 
  4. Under Funnel Steps you will find each website page listed


Understanding Website Funnels

    1. Choose any step from the list to view the associated URL
    2. From the individual step you can view or edit the page using the buttons located under the preview image.

    Most website steps utilize a custom value to auto populate brand specific information, this means any changes made on one step may automatically update all website steps. 



    Each Website Funnel is Made Up Of the Following: 

    1. Main Page and Thank You Page:
      • Each funnel includes a main page for lead generation and a thank you page for post-form submission.
    2. Main Logo and Navigation Header:
      • Your logo should be prominently displayed.
      • The navigation header should link to your property management site and vice versa.
    3. Forms:
      • The form should be above the fold (the visible area without scrolling)
      • Forms should be concise and capture essential information from leads.
    4. Unique Selling Points (USPs):

      • Highlight key USPs to attract property owners:

      • Display testimonials to build trust and demonstrate owner satisfaction.
    6. Contact Information:

      • Include your company's contact details, using campaign-specific phone numbers for tracking.
    7. Prime USPs:

      • Emphasize your top USPs, such as no long-term contracts, enjoying homes on owners' terms, and no hidden fees.

    Editing Your Landing Page

    1. Edit Content:

      • Adjust text and images to align with your brand message.
      • Customize USPs based on your unique offerings.
    2. Update Forms:

      • Modify form fields as needed to capture relevant lead information.
      • Ensure forms are user-friendly and above the fold.
    3. Refresh Testimonials:

      • Regularly update testimonials to reflect recent positive feedback.

    4. Review Contact Information:

      • Ensure all contact details are up-to-date and correct.

    Final Steps

    1. Preview Your Landing Page:

      • Preview the page to ensure all elements are correctly displayed and functional.
    2. Publish and Test:

      • Publish the updated landing page.
      • Test all links, forms, and call-to-action items to ensure they work properly.
