User Calendar Custom Value Link Not Populating

Troubleshoot your User Calendar Custom Value Link

When a User Calendar Custom Value Link not populating in certain automation, text messages or email that you are sending out, you must check if there is a Calendar connected to your User Profile.

To do this,

  • Navigate to Settings
  • Select My Staff
  • Click the pencil icon next to your name or the user in question
  • Under User Info, scroll down to see Calendar Section 
  • Select the group calendar you wanted to be connected
  • Hit Save button to make changes
