Understanding the Dashboard - Design Studio

The Design Studio Dashboard is a powerful tool that helps you track the progress and effectiveness of your postcard campaigns.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Design Studio:

    • From the blue navigation menu on the left-hand side, click on Design Studio.
  2. View Campaign:

    • Click on the Campaign drop-down menu and select View Campaign.
    • Find the Postcard Campaign from the list of sent campaigns 
    • Click on Dashboard to access the campaign details.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your postcard campaign's progress through various stages and statuses. It is further split into two tabs: Delivery and Responses

Delivery Tab:
  1. Campaign Details:

    • Example Postcard: Shows the name of your postcard.
    • Stages: Displays the number of postcards in each stage (Created, Addressed, Printed, USPS Received, In Transit, In Local Area, Processed for Delivery, Delivered).
  2. Audience Summary:

    • Total audience size and the status of each postcard (e.g., returned to sender, incomplete USPS scan, re-routed).
  3. Detailed Tracking:

    • Click on Details to see specific contacts in that category.

Contact List Health

  • List Health Overview:

    • List Name: The name of the list used in the campaign.
    • Campaign Usage: Number of campaigns using this list.
    • Suppressions: Number of suppressed contacts in the list.
    • Valid/Invalid Contacts: Breakdown of valid and invalid contacts.
  • Failure Reasons:

    • Reasons for failures such as invalid primary, returned to sender, street name invalid, etc.

Response Metrics

  • QR Code Scans:

    • Number of unique contacts that scanned the QR code.
    • Total page visits resulting from scans.
    • Detailed view of each scan, including the direct mail timeline (processed, delivered, local area, in transit).
  • Online Engagement:

    • Timeline of online interactions (QR code scans, page visits, unique opens, and conversions).

Filtering and Viewing Details

  1. Filtering Contacts:

    • To filter contacts based on status (e.g., returned to sender, incomplete), click on the respective box to turn it gray, then click on Filter Results.

  1. Viewing Contact Details:

    • After filtering, you can view specific details for contacts in the chosen category.
    • For instance, if you filter for Returned to Sender, you will see the contact(s) in that category.
  2. QR Code Scans (found under the "Response" tab):

    • View the list of contacts who scanned the QR code and the number of times each contact scanned it.
    • Details include unique visitors and total visits, with specific contact names and scan counts.

From tracking individual postcard statuses to analyzing QR code scans and online interactions, the dashboard ensures you have all the information needed to optimize your campaigns. By using the filtering options, you can drill down into specific details and make informed decisions based on the performance metrics provided.
