      Troubleshooting Browser

      Having difficulties with Vintory loading?

      Try these troubleshooting tips:

      1. Clear your cache AND cookies. 
        • In Google Chrome, click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner and select History > History.
        • Click on the Clear Browsing Data tab.

        • Select both the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
        • Click Clear data.
      2. Follow the steps in this article to clear site data.
      3. Open up an incognito window and try to login or load your screen.
      4. Try a variety of web browsers, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Internet Explorer.
      5. Check your browser extensions to see if any of those are preventing it from loading.
      6. Check any virus protector downloaded on your computer (McAfee, Norton, Avast, etc).
      7. Submit a Support Ticket to our Vintory Support Team stating you are unable to login or load your screen.  Please complete all the above troubleshooting tips before submitting the ticket.  You can indicate that this has been completed on the ticket
