The Success Hub - Pre-onboarding

A quick overview of Vintory's Success Hub and its features!

You can access Vintory's Success Hub directly in your account. Simply scroll through your left-menu pane and find "Success Hub".

1. The Success Hub main page menu bar
   1. Overview:
      1. Here you'll see all the sections to follow that need to be completed before graduating Vintory's onboarding process.
   2. Progress:
      1. This section covers various aspects of your account that need to be processed such as requesting data, setting up your cold email campaigns, and designing your landing pages.
   3. Marketing
   4. Get in touch:
      1. This tab allows you to file a support ticket. You also have the option of interacting directly with your onboarding team!  
   5. Resources:
      1. Resources include our Knowledge base, marketing benchmarks and how we look at success at Vintory.
2. Search & Alerts:
   1. Search icon: This function allows you to find any step in pre-onboarding steps that you'd like to revisit or continue with. 
      1. This does not search the help articles or knowledge base Vintory has. You'll find those in resources. If you cannot find the answers you're looking for in the resources, you could always get in touch with us too!
   2. This feature will notify you of any outstanding actions that need to be taken. 
3. Comment: Need a bit more help completing a specific task? Use the comment feature for assistance from our team of experts!
4. Task and task owner:
   1. Tasks are listed as a checkbox allowing you to mark off tasks that you've already completed, or still need to be done
   2. Further to the right of that specific task, you'll find an icon. This icon indicates who the owner of the task is. Vintory is involved and hands-on in your onboarding process, so you'll find some tasks that we'll complete with you. These usually have no icons next to them.
