      Sending a Pro Forma

      A Pro Forma has been created, now it is time to use it!

      Sending a Pro Forma

      1. After creating your Pro Forma, you'll see a unique URL link. 
        1. We recommend testing this link in a new tab to ensure that the Pro Forma page loads correctly. 
      2. After testing, navigate to the Contacts section and  locate the prospect you'd like to send the Pro Forma link to. 
        1. This can also be done by contacting the prospect via Conversations
      3. In the message box, insert the pre-written "Pro Forma" template by using the notepad icon in the icon tray beneath the message box and send.
        1. The template automatically includes the contact's unique Pro Forma link
