Resetting or Updating Passwords
Learn how to set a new password

Forgot your password?
- Visit www.app.vintory.com and select "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address associated with your Vintory account and select Reset Password
- Once you've selected Reset Password, an email is sent to the email address requesting that a new password be setup. Click the link in your email to set up your new password and proceed to log into Vintory.
Updating Current Password
- When signed into your Vintory account, navigate to Settings > My Profile > Change password
- You'll be required to enter your current password, set and confirm your new one
- Save changes by clicking on "Update Password"
Passwords for Staff
You are required to be an Account-Admin user for the following steps
- Navigate to Settings > My Staff
- Select the pencil (edit) icon in the row of the user you're looking to reset the password for
- Under "User Info" click the "Forgot Password" button and let the user knew to log into their email account follow the steps listed in "Forgot Your Password" section above.
