Resetting or Updating Passwords

Learn how to set a new password

Forgot your password?

  1. Visit www.app.vintory.com and select "Forgot Password"

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Vintory account and select Reset Password

  3. Once you've selected Reset Password, an email is sent to the email address requesting that a new password be setup. Click the link in your email to set up your new password and proceed  to log into Vintory.

Updating Current Password

  1. When signed into your Vintory account, navigate to Settings > My Profile > Change password
    1. You'll be required to enter your current password, set and confirm your new one
  2. Save changes by clicking on "Update Password"

Passwords for Staff


You are required to be an Account-Admin user for the following steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Staff 
  2. Select the pencil (edit) icon in the row of the user you're looking to reset the password for
  3. Under "User Info" click the "Forgot Password" button and let the user knew to log into their email account follow the steps listed in "Forgot Your Password" section above.
