1. Vintory Campaign Management Team will send you a copy of the Realtor Email Campaign to approve.
2. After you approve the copy, Vintory will launch your Realtor Email Campaign (all traffic from this campaign will be pointed to your Realtor Landing Page)
3. You can check your Realtor Email Campaign stats on the Dashboard under “Active Cold Email Campaign Statistics”
4. Review the Realtor Pipeline Overview Stages
5. Review the Realtor Pipeline Automations
6. You should be monitoring your Realtor Pipeline for new lead opportunities.
7. Communication responses generated from the Realtor Cold Email Campaign can be located under Conversations.
8. Respond to new realtor leads under Conversations
9. Under Opportunities, move the corresponding opportunity card through the Realtor Pipeline accordingly based on the stages.
