What are QR codes?

QR codes (Quick Response codes) are versatile tools that can be used in various contexts to enhance user experience, provide information, and facilitate transactions.

 

Potential Use cases

  • Directing to Websites: QR codes can link directly to a website, landing page, or online store, making it easy for customers to access more information or make a purchase.
  • Product Information: Placing QR codes on product packaging such as Welcome Packets and realtor flyers can provide customers with more detailed information about your company.
  • Video Content: QR codes can link to video tutorials, for example, smart locks enhancing customer engagement.
  • Surveys, Reviews, and Feedback Forms: You can use QR codes to direct customers to surveys or feedback forms, making it easier to gather valuable insights.
  • Digital Business Cards: QR codes on business cards can link to digital profiles or contact information, making networking more seamless.

 


 

Creating the QR code

  1. In your account, navigate to Sites > QR Codes (top menu) and select "Create QR code"
  2. QR codes can be created to
    1. Link to a website of your choosing
    2. Link to a review website (limited to Facebook & Google)
  3. Follow the prompts for the step selected (2a or 2b) and you'll move to the QR Color and Shape section
  4. In this section, you can adjust the following:
    1. Color
    2. Shape & Form
    3. Logo, and
    4. Page Background
  5. Save! and Download

You can now use your QR code wherever you see fit like in the use cases mentioned above! 


 

QR code analytics

For analytics related to QR codes, go to "QR Codes" > "Analytics". You can find Analytics related to all the QR over here with total and unique scans.
