Automate a nurturing workflow to follow up and reach out to anyone who has been sent a Pro Forma

Creating a Pro Forma Nurture Workflow:

Create a New Stage in Sales Pipeline:
- Open Opportunities from the navigation menu
- Find the Pipelines tab at the top
- Select the pencil icon next to Sales Pipeline to add and edit stages.
- Add stage with title Pro Forma Nurture
- Using the arrows to the left of the title customize the placement of the new stage as desired within the Sales Pipeline.
- Select Save at the bottom

Workflow Setup:
- Open Automation from the navigation menu
- Select +Create Workflow in the top right hand corner
- Choose "Start from Scratch" and click Continue
- This will open a new blank workflow to customize.
- Edit the title at the top Pro Forma Nurture
- Add a trigger for Pipeline Stage Change in the sales pipeline and stage Pro Forma Nurture

Workflow Steps:
a. Wait for Initial Reply:

Action: Wait for 7 days

Once a Pro Forma has been emailed move their Opportunity Card into the Pro Forma Nurture Stage. Here the system will wait 7 days for a reply before sending a follow up email.

Subject: Follow-up on Pro Forma Sent

Hi ,
I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to follow up on the pro forma we sent recently. Have you had a chance to review it? Do you have any questions or need further clarification on any points? If you're interested, let's schedule a time to discuss it together.

- After 7 days if the contact does not reply the above follow up email will automatically send from the assigned user.
c. Wait for Follow Up Reply:

Action: Wait for 7 days

Once the follow up email has been sent, the system will wait 7 days for a reply.
d. Move Contact to Long Term Nurture Stage:

- Action: Task
- Action Name - Move Contact to Stage
- Title - Move to Long Term Nurture
- Description - Move to Long Term Nurture - no reply from pro forma email
- Assign to - Contact's Assigned User
- Due in - 1 day
- Action: Task

- After 7 days if the contact does not reply the system will generate a task for the assigned user to move the lead into the Long Term Nurture Stage.
Additional Configuration:

- Ensure "Stop on Response" is turned on in settings to un-enroll the contact once they have replied to the emails sent.
- Customize the workflow further based on specific needs and preferences.
This basic automation serves as a starting point and can be adjusted and expanded upon as necessary.
