Outlook Calendar Integration

How to integrate your Outlook Calendar.

Accessing Profile and Integrations

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane. 
  2. Click on the My Profile section.
  3. Scroll down to the Calendar Settings section

 

Initiating Outlook Integration

  1. Click on the Add New button and select Outlook Calendar to to begin integrating.
  2. Select or type in the appropriate Outlook account and password.  Click Sign In.

Verifying Integration

  1. If the trash icon is visible, it indicates successful integration of the Outlook calendar.

Selecting the Primary Calendar

  1. Navigate to the My Profile tab under Settings in the menu pane, scroll down to Calendar Configuration.
  2. At the top, select your Outlook account.
  3. From the dropdown options presented, choose your desired Outlook calendar to set as the Primary Calendar.
  4. Leave Allow Contact Creation set to Select Default Calendar.
    • This step prevents unwanted contacts from being created.
  5. Once completed, click Save to make your desired changes. 
  6. Once the integration process is complete, your email associated with the primary calendar will be displayed in the designated area on the screen.

Note that it may take a minute or two for the changes to be applied.
