Managing Pipelines & Stages

Learn how to manage, add, edit, or remove pipelines.

Locate Pipeline Settings

Navigate to Settings in the menu pane then click on the Pipelines section.

Creating a New Pipeline

To create a new pipeline, click on + Create new pipeline. This will open a popup where you can enter the necessary information.

Naming the Pipeline

Enter a name for the pipeline you are creating. Choose a descriptive name that accurately represents the purpose or content of the pipeline.

Defining Stages

1. After entering the pipeline name, you will need to define the different stages within the pipeline. These stages represent the different steps or phases of your process.
2. Click on  +Add Stage to add additional stages.
3. You can use the arrow to the left of the stage to modify the order.
4. To delete a stage, click on the red trash can icon.
5. Click Save once completed.

Editing Pipelines

To make changes to an existing pipeline, locate the desired pipeline from the list. Click on the pencil icon to edit it. This will allow you to modify the pipeline's name, stages, or other relevant details. Click Save to make changes.

Renaming Pipelines

If you wish to rename a pipeline, select the pencil icon next to the desired pipeline.  Type in a new name under Pipeline Name. Click Save to make changes.

Rearranging Stages

To change the order of stages within a pipeline, select the pencil icon next to the desired pipeline. Click on the up or down arrow to the left of the stage in order to rearrange or move stages. This will enable you to adjust the sequence of steps to better suit your needs.

Deleting Pipelines

If you need to remove a pipeline, locate the pipeline you wish to delete from the list. Select the trash can icon. Confirm your decision when prompted to permanently delete the pipeline.
