Managing and Creating Tasks

Learn how to manage and create tasks

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the menu pane.
  2. At the top of the screen, click on the Tasks tab.
  3. This provides a list of all tasks.  Here you can filter by Contact, Assignee, Status, and sort by Due Date.
  4. You can mark task complete by clicking on the checkmark under the status.
  5. You can also use the 3 buttons to the right of the task to:
    1. Mark as pending/complete
    2. Edit task
    3. Remove/delete task

Tasks can also be accessed directly on your dashboard by clicking on the large green "Tasks" button.

Creating a New Task

  1. To create a new tasks click on the New Task button at the top.
  2. Provide a Title for the task.
  3. Add in a task Description (optional).
  4. Select the Assignee for the task.
  5. Assign the task to a specific Contact.
  6. To adjust the Due Date, click on the date.  Select the new date and time.  Be sure to click the checkmark to confirm the changes.
  7. Once your details for the task are completed, click on the Save button.
  8. The task will now appear in the task list as well on the associated Contact Card.
