Managing and Creating Tasks
Learn how to manage and create tasks

- Navigate to Contacts in the menu pane.
- At the top of the screen, click on the Tasks tab.
- This provides a list of all tasks. Here you can filter by Contact, Assignee, Status, and sort by Due Date.
- You can mark task complete by clicking on the checkmark under the status.
- You can also use the 3 buttons to the right of the task to:
- Mark as pending/complete
- Edit task
- Remove/delete task
Tasks can also be accessed directly on your dashboard by clicking on the large green "Tasks" button.
Creating a New Task
- To create a new tasks click on the New Task button at the top.
- Provide a Title for the task.
- Add in a task Description (optional).
- Select the Assignee for the task.
- Assign the task to a specific Contact.
- To adjust the Due Date, click on the date. Select the new date and time. Be sure to click the checkmark to confirm the changes.
- Once your details for the task are completed, click on the Save button.
- The task will now appear in the task list as well on the associated Contact Card.
