Customizing Lost Opportunity Reason Fields

Edit, Delete and Manage your Opportunity Lost Reasons in Custom Fields Settings

A new row "Lost Reason" available in Opportunity Custom Fields List.  Edit the Lost Reason Field to:

• Add new Reasons
• Rename existing Reasons
• Delete existing Reasons

Here's the Steps in Editing Lost Reason Custom Field:

1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane
2. Click Custom Fields
3. Search Lost Reason on the search bar 
4. Check the box beside Lost Reason
5. Click Bulk Action and hit Edit (pencil icon)
