[Smart List](https://help.vintory.com/contacts?hsLang=en#smart-list) # Lead Nurturing Smart Lists ## Create a list of all contacts that have never been or have not been contacted in the last 90 days. Updated: July 13 , 2026 1. Navigate to **Contacts** in the menu pane. 2. Click on** Filters. ** 3. Type 'last activity'in the search box, which shows 'Search Filter.' Select the last activity filter. Once it is added. Click the 'More Than' button. Type in 90 days. 5. Click on the blue **Apply** button at the bottom to add the filter 6. Select "Save as Smart List" to confirm and create the view 7. From the main list of contacts you can see in the "Last Activity" column the exact date.  Please keep in mind this is just one of many general smart list filtering options, you can further the filter to include or exclude based on other options.    -
