      Integration Options

      Learn about some Integration options we have, including Google, GMB, and Slack.

      Accessing the Integrations Menu

      Navigate to Settings in the menu pane, then click on the Integrations section.

      Integrating Google Calendar

      1. Locate the Google Account section and click on Sign in with Google to initiate the Google integration process.
      2. A new screen will appear allowing you to choose or type in your Google account. Select or type in the appropriate Google account and password. 
      3. Click Allow at the bottom of the screen.
      4. After clicking Allow, a pop-up will appear indicating successful integration with your Google account.
      5. This integration enables synchronization between Vintory and your Google Calendar.

      Integrating Google My Business

      1. After successfully integrating your Google Account Calendar, you can proceed to integrate Google My Business.
      2. Locate the Google My Business section and click on Select a GMB page.
      3. When integrating Google My Business, be sure to DISABLE call tracking.
        • Most people finding your business on Google are guests and not owners, so we do not want Google to put your campaign phone numbers on their page. 
      4. Enabling Google My Business integration allows your Google Reviews to come through Vintory.

       

      Managing Google Reviews

      Once the Google My Business integration is complete and the reviews are imported into Vintory, you can manage and respond to them.

      • Use the Vintory platform to respond to reviews and interact with your customers.  You can do this from the Conversations tab.
      • Additionally, you can generate and send out review request links directly from Vintory in the Reputation Management tab under Settings, encouraging both owners and guests to leave reviews.

       

      Other Integrations

      • Aside from Google integrations, Vintory also offers integration with Slack.
      • Slack integration provides more advanced automation workflows for a premium experience.
      • If you are interested in utilizing Slack integration, make sure to inform the Vintory support team.

       

      You can easily set up integrations in Vintory, including Google Calendar, Google My Business, and Slack.
