Understanding A2P 10 DLC

A2P 10 DLC is a system for verifying trustworthy text messages.  It is important to register for A2P 10 DLC to avoid text message blocking.

How to Register for A2P 10 DLC

Access the Business Profile

1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane.
2. Next, navigate to the Business Profile tab.

Completing Authorized Representative section

1. Scroll down and locate the Authorized Representative section in the right column.
2. Include the Authorized Representative's details: First and Last Name, Email, Job Position, and Phone number with Country Code.
   • The authorized representative can be the Owner, CEO, Marketing Director, or another Designated Person. If none of the provided job position options apply, select Other.
3. Click the Update Information button once complete.
   
   

Completing the Business Information and Providing Business Registration ID

1. Locate the Business Information section in the left column.
2. Choose the appropriate Business Type and Industry.
3. The crucial part is entering your business registration ID. Specifically, provide your employer identification number (EIN).
4. Select your EIN from the drop-down menu for Business Registration ID Type.
   • If you don't have an EIN, please inform Vintory support.
   • Alternatively, choose "My business is not registered."
   • Specify your business regions of operation, if applicable.
5. Once you have filled out the required information, click Update Information. 

Completion and Registration Process

Vintory will initiate the registration process upon receiving your information.  The registration process usually takes a few days for approval.
