How to Access and Use the Vintory Help Icon

Welcome to Vintory's new Help Icon, your go-to tool for accessing support and learning resources within the Vintory app. Here's how you can make the most out of this feature:

Accessing the Help Icon

The Help Icon is conveniently located at the bottom right-hand corner of the Vintory app. You can easily move it around your screen to suit your preferences. This icon is your gateway to a wealth of resources designed to support you throughout your Vintory partnership.

Features of the Help Icon

1. Vintory Help Center:
Clicking on the Help Center within the icon allows you to access over 350 articles tailored to assist you with various aspects of the Vintory platform. You can browse articles by category or use the search function to find specific topics using keywords or phrases.

 

2. Partner Hub Community:
Have questions related to the vacation rental industry? Use the Help Icon to access our Partner Hub Community, where Vintory users can collaborate, share ideas, and support each other.

  • Vintory Courses:
    Looking to expand your knowledge of the platform and its services? Access Vintory Courses directly from the Learning tab in the Partner Hub community for in-depth learning opportunities.

 

4. Submit a Support Ticket:
Encountering an issue? Submit a support ticket through the Help Icon, which will be sent directly to our support team. To help us troubleshoot your issue effectively, please include screenshots or a detailed video in your ticket.

 

5. Live Chat Support:
For real-time assistance, chat with one of our Vintory Support Specialists directly from the Help Icon. Our live chat is available Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, providing you with quick answers to your questions.

 

6. Interactive Tours:
Inside the Help Icon, you can access interactive tours of the Vintory app. These tours are designed to guide you through various features and functionalities. Check back regularly, as new tours will be released to further enhance your understanding of the platform.

 

7. New Features:
Stay updated with the latest developments by clicking on the New Features tab at the bottom of the Help Icon. A number count will indicate the unread items, and you can click on any announcement to learn more about new features.

 

8. Give Feedback:
We value your feedback! Click on Give Feedback within the Help Icon to let us know how we are doing and share your experience with Vintory. You can also provide suggestions for new ideas and features you'd like to see in the future.
