Group Calendar Overview to better understand its purpose and functionality

You can use Group Calendars to organize better scenarios where a user has multiple types of meetings and would like a way to view all of the options on a single page.


Creating a Group Calendar

Open Settings and find Calendars, in the top right-hand corner click on Create Group

  • Group Name - the name of the group to organize the individual calendar links that will be assigned
  • Group Description - the purpose of the group, as a potential lead give enough information so they understand what is going to happen and what needs to happen,
  • Template - choose either Classic or Neo

  • Group URL - add the ending slug for exactly how you want your leads to see it. No spacing, only dashes and periods if needed. 

Once you have completed all fields select Create

All Group Calendars can be found and managed in the Groups tab from the top
