Setting up Google Meet to auto generate meeting links.

Updating Meeting Location

  1. Within My Profile, locate the User Availability section.
  2. Locate the Meeting Location setting.
  3. Change the current location to Google Meet to ensure the your meetings will be conducted using Google Meet.
  4. Click Update Availability to save the changes.

(To enable Google Meet functionality, make sure the user's Google Calendar is set as their Primary Calendar in the Calendar Configuration within My Profile.
