How to integrate your Google Calendar

Accessing the Integration Settings
- Navigate to Settings in the menu pane. Click on the Integrations section.
Signing In with Google
- Locate the Google Account section and click on Sign in with Google to initiate the Google integration process.
- A new screen will appear allowing you to choose or type in your Google account. Select or type in the appropriate Google account and password.
- Click Allow at the bottom of the screen.
Completing the Google Integration
- After clicking Allow, a pop-up will appear indicating successful integration with your Google account.
Selecting the Primary Calendar
- Navigate to the My Profile tab under Settings in the menu pane. Locate the Calendar Configuration section. In the Linked Calendar section, locate and select the the Edit button.
- At the top, select your Google account.
- From the dropdown options presented, choose your desired Google calendar to set as the Linked Calendar.
- Leave Allow Contact Creation set to Select Default Calendar.
- This step prevents unwanted contacts from being created.
- Once completed, click Save to make your desired changes.
- Once the integration process is complete, your email associated with the primary calendar will be displayed in the designated area on the screen.
Note that it may take a minute or two for the changes to be applied.
Utilizing the Integrated Calendar
- With the Google integration set up, you can now use the scheduling link to share your group calendar for others to schedule appointments with you. (Navigate to Settings then Calendars. Click the three dots next to the desired calendar. Click Copy Scheduling Link.)
- Any bookings made will be automatically reflected on your calendar.
