How to create Folders for Custom Values

Create Folders to manage custom values and move Custom Values among folders for ease of use

To create Folder for Custom Values,

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane and then hit Custom Values. 
  2. In the first tab, All Values, you will see all the Custom Values that have been created for your account.
  3. Click on Add Folder.

  4. Enter the folder name and click Create.

To Move Custom Values into a Folder,

  1. Click on the first tab called All Values.

  2. Locate the Custom Value you wish to move. 

  3. Check the box next to the custom value name. (You may select multiple values at one time if they will be moving to the same folder.)

  4. Select the Bulk Actions at the top and then select Move to Folder.
  5. Choose the desired folder from the available options in the dropdown.

  6. Click Move to complete the move into the selected folder.
