Email Icon Statuses
Learn our color-coded email activity statuses

Inbound email:
If it’s an inbound email it shows a grey color.
Outbound emails :
1. Delivered: Blue color icon
2.Sent: Blue color icon
Sent VS Delivered: (both blue icons)
Sent means the process of sending has been initiated and delivered means when the destination server confirms receipt. If, when the icon is highlighted, it shows Sent, it is not guaranteed it was delivered as there was no confirmation from the server.
In this case, a resend wouldn't hurt -- same applies to the grey Pending icon
3. Opened: Green color icon
4. Failed: Red color icon with an error message
5. Pending: Gray color icon
