Email Drip Campaigns (account-specific)

Find out how to drip email campaigns directly from your Vintory account!

Email drip campaigns via the Vintory account are limited ONLY to accounts without a Campaign Manager. ALL other accounts should connect with the Campaign Management team for cold email campaign launches.

To protect your domain, bulk email sending is prohibited. Batch sending (drip) only.

Max Limit: 20/day

Please see the steps below to launch cold email campaigns via your account.

  1. Create a smart list
  2. Create the snippets/email template that you'd like to have sent to the newly created smart list
  3. Contact support@vintory.com and provide the following:
    1. Name of the smart list
    2. Names of the snippets
    3. The interval/period/frequency of when the emails should be sent.
      1. e.g "We have two emails we'd like to send to 100 contacts in the EXAMPLE smart list. We would like to have these contacts receive an email from us every 7 days for the next 3 weeks.
    4. When and between what hours should the emails be dripped?
      1. Only on weekdays between 9am - 5pm?
      2. Only on weekends between 2pm - 6pm?
      3. Every day between 1pm - 3pm?
  4. Vintory support will confirm via email when your campaign has been launched via the account.
