Editing Custom Values

Update your Custom Values

Viewing Existing Custom Values

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane and then the Custom Values section.
  2. You will see all the current Custom Values displayed here.

Editing Custom Values

  1. To edit any of the values, click on the pencil icon next to the respective option.
  2. Type in the updated information.
  3. Save your changes.

 

Calendar Link

  1. Navigate to Settings in the menu pane and then click on Calendars.
  2. Locate the desired calendar. Click on the three dots in the Actions Dropdown list and click Copy Scheduling Link.
  3. Navigate back to Settings in the menu pane and then click on Custom Values.
  4. Locate the Calendar Link option in the list and click on the pencil icon to edit.
  5. Paste the scheduling link into the provided field.
  6. Save your changes.


Client Notification Email

  1. Locate the Client Notification Email option in the list and click on the pencil icon to edit.
  2. You can enter one or multiple email addresses.  If adding multiple email addresses, separate each address with a comma and NO spaces.
  3. Save your changes.

Client Notification SMS

  1. Locate the Client Notification SMS option in the list and click on the pencil icon to edit.
  2. You can enter one or multiple phone numbers.  If adding multiple numbers, separate each address with a comma and NO spaces or dashes.
  3. Save your changes.

Management Company Name Custom Value

  1. Locate the Management Company Name option in the list and click on the pencil icon to edit.
  2. Enter in the name of your Management Company.
  3. Save your changes.

Market Custom Value

  1. Locate the Market option in the list and click on the pencil icon to edit.
  2. Enter the area or general location that your company serves.  It is recommended to use a general area instead of listing multiple specific locations.
  3. Save your changes.

Landing Page Custom Values

  1. Some values are specific to your landing page, such as colors, fonts, logos, and images.
  2. Some of these values are populated based on the information you set up using the Start Here section.
  3. Click on the pencil icon next to each field you wish to update.
  4. Be sure to accurately update your landing page phone number and URL in the provided fields as this will be displayed on emails.
  5. Save your changes.

Applying Custom Values in Landing Pages and Automations

By following these steps, you will be able to efficiently update and customize your account using the available custom values. This enables you to personalize landing pages and automated emails within your workflows without the need for extensive manual adjustments.
