Instead of creating and customizing the workflow from scratch, you can simply duplicate it and make any adjustments necessary.   **Follow the steps below to duplicate existing workflow:** 1. Click **Automation** from the menu pane 2. Find the workflow that you want to copy and hit the 3 dots 3. Choose **Duplicate Workflow** 4.
