Q: Can we take the data when we leave Vintory?
A: You can export any data you upload to the CRM along with any warm leads that you receive in the CRM contacts section. The ability to export is subject to your contract and the type of contacts. Reach out to support if you have specific questions regarding your data.
Q: Can I get a list of international owners of U.S. addresses?
A: No. That includes unincorporated U.S. territories, most data providers do not provide data outside of the U.S.
Q: Do we pull phone numbers?
A: No. Data protection regulations, such as the Do Not Call List (DNC) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States, have strict guidelines about collecting, storing, and processing personal data. Non-compliance can lead to hefty fines and reputational damage.
Q: Where does the data come from?
A: The Vintory database is blended from a variety of sources.
Q: How many records are in the database?
A: Through Vintory’s data partners, we have access to tens of millions of records.
Q: What is an absentee owner?
A: Absentee owners are simply property owners who do not live in the property in question. If the property address and mailing address are different, the property is an absentee property. Absentee properties are the starting point for the Vintory database.
