How to Navigate the Dashboard

The dashboard provides a super high-level overview of what has happened. It displays information about your opportunities, the number of cards and leads you have, and the ones you have won. It also shows the number of leads that have been sent out, opened, currently moving through the process, and lost.

 

Contract Signed 

  • This is the number of Closed Won opportunity cards in the Sales Pipeline

New First Year Revenue Added

  • This is the value of the Close Won opportunity cards in the Sales Pipeline.

Pipeline Potential 

  • Total value of Open opportunity cards in the Sales Pipeline.
  • If the opportunity value is $0 the value defaults to what is setup in the Dashboard Settings
    • Dashboard Settings can be found in the top right hand corner

 

If the settings value is blank or $0 the system will default to $45,000 when calculating the pipeline potential. 

Total Opportunities by Month

  • Total number of Opportunity Cards per month.

Opportunities by Stage

  • You can see how many opportunities are in each stage and gain insights into the funnel progression.
  • You can change between different pipelines by using the arrows left and right.

Contact Responses

  • Track all inbound and outbound communication whether it is an email or SMS along with form submissions and appointments booked through the system. 

Call Metrics

  • At a simple glance, keep track the number of outbound and inbound phone calls along with the average call duration. 

Active Cold Email Campaign Statistics

  • Sends- Total amount of emails that have been sent (remember, multiple are sent per lead and some leads get bounced or blocked)
  • Opens- Total amount of times any email has been opened in a campaign
  • Replies- Total amount of replies to any email that has been sent in a campaign
  • Contacts- The status of each contact and where they are at in the sending process
  • The cold email campaigns will contain one of the below codes allowing users to view which statistics belong to a certain campaign. 
    • Realtor Email Marketing Campaign (REMC)
    • Owner Email Marketing Campaigns (OEMC)

Reviewing Manual Actions and Tasks

  • Manual Action items are attached to an automation, reminding you to perform certain actions such as making phone calls or sending text messages.  
    • Please note that contacts will remain at this step within a workflow until the manual action is completed.
  • Tasks are individual to do reminders that need to can be setup directly on the contact.
