Updated: March 26, 2026 1. Collapse/Expand 2. Resize 3. Recolor --- ### 1. Collapse/Expand 1. Go to **Opportunities** → Board View 2. Resize 1. Go to Opportunities → Board View 2. Drag column edges to resize stages 3. Re-color 1. Go to Opportunities → Board View 2. Select Pipelines from the top menu and choose to edit the Pipeline you wish to adjust 3. Choose your desired appearance, colored dot or background tint. 1. Only one of the above can be selected. 2. This will also be reflected on the Contact level when viewing the listed Opportunities. 4. Save.
