How to add a custom form to the calendar booking link

Calendar forms are versatile for scheduling meetings through your integrated calendar link. They offer customization options tailored to specific needs, ensuring efficient time management.

Step One: Customize and Confirm Calendar Form

  1. Go to Sites on your menu pane
  2. Hover over to Forms and hit Builder
  3. In the list find Calendar Form and click on the three vertical dots to the right to Edit.
  4. Add, edit, remove questions based on what information you are trying to gather before meeting with the contact. 
    1. Make sure to leave the disclaimer at the bottom of the form to remain A2P compliant
  5. Once you are happy with the final view Save in the top right hand corner. 
  6. Your Calendar Form is now ready to be added to your Calendar Link. 

Step Two: Add the Calendar Form to the Calendar Link 

  1. After you setup the form, go to Settings in your menu panel
  2. Click Calendars
  3. Click the 3 dots at the right hand side of your Calendar and hit Edit 
  4. Choose the Form and Payments tab
  5. From the Select Form dropdown find the Calendar Form 
  6. Go to Customization and hit  Preview Widget to check the form on your Calendar
  7. Hit Save button at the upper right hand to save all your changes
