Dashboard - Creating and Customizing

Learn how to create and customize the dashboard

You now have the ability to design multiple dashboards tailored for specific purposes, helping you track different metrics effectively.


Creating a New Dashboard

  1. To the left of the Dashboard title, select the icon for the dropdown menu. Here you will find a list of all the Dashboards you have access to.  To add a new one, click on Add Dashboard.
  2. Select Create a Blank Dashboard
  3. Give your Dashboard a name.
  4. Select whether or not you want this Dashboard to be private (only you can view) or visible to everyone else.  If visible to others, you can select the permission access for each different user level.
  5. Click Confirm to begin creating.

 

Customizing the Dashboard


  1. Start by adding widgets to your new Dashboard.  Click on Add Widget to begin. Make sure to save any modifications to your dashboard and consider adding additional widgets to enhance your data visualization.
  2. Explore various widgets and personalize their appearance to suit your needs! You can present different metrics using donut charts, graphs, bar charts, and more!
    1. You can also use the "Elements" option to add even more features
    2. Themes will allow you to customize how each dashboard appears
  3. After adding the widget, you can Configure the metrics and how it is displayed to better meet your needs.
  4. Expand the Advanced Settings and adjust the information to further customize your needs.
      
  5. Click on the Conditions tab to edit specific criteria/logic for the widget (i.e.  status, specific pipeline, specific user, etc.)
  6. Be sure to Save your changes to the widget.
  7. Save Changes to your Dashboard once it is complete with all of your desired widgets.
