Creating a New Pro Forma

Now that your settings are configured, let's create a Pro Forma!

  1. Navigate to Pro Formas in the menu pane.
  2. Click on + New Pro Forma.
  3. Contact Information.
    1. Type out the contact name and select from the dropdown once located.
    2. Any information listed on the contact card will auto populate.  
  4. Confirm each section has all fields completed.
    1. Contact Information - Contact Name and Property Address
    2. Property Information - Property Type and Size along with the Projection Metrics

We recommend utilizing the Key Data Dashboard projection tool to help determine the projection metrics. 

        c. Property Image - Load Property Image URL from Zillow or Utilize Your Own

To use your own photo it must first be uploaded in the Media folder

       d. Custom Message - This will populate at the top of the pro forma page as a message to the homeowner

5. Opportunity:

    • You can also create an opportunity directly from the Pro Forma setup page.
    • Be sure to select the correct pipeline for your new opportunity. 
    • If the opportunity already exist, feel free to skip this step as it may result in duplicate opportunities which may skew your existing opportunity data and estimated pipeline potential.

There is a background workflow that will automatically add the Pro Forma URL in the contacts note section once created. 

 

IMPORTANT: If an opportunity already exists, the Pro Forma creation stage will move the existing opportunity from its original pipeline into the Sales Pipeline
