Creating a Campaign Phone Number
Learn to create a campaign phone number.

Creating phone numbers for each of your campaigns can help to track where your leads are coming from.
- Navigate to the Settings tab in the navigation pane and then click on Phone Numbers.
- Click on the + Add Number button.
- Select your Country from the dropdown menu.
- Select the desired number from the available numbers list and click "Proceed to Buy".
- Next to the newly created phone number, select the three vertical dots and select edit configuration
- Fill in the needed information and select Update. Click here to review the Phone Number Settings Explained in order to complete the needed information. Your campaign phone number is ready to be used for tracking purposes.
The forwarding number MUST be a direct phone number (cell or land line), it can NOT be a VoiP (ex: ring central). If you do not have a direct number to forward to for a variety of reasons consider our Inbound Appointment Setting Service.
