An overview of the Conversations tab

We keep all communications under Conversation. You can navigate to Conversation from the left hand side panel. This helps users filter conversations & perform various actions on them to improve their experience & effectiveness overall.
- You can select Unread, Recent, Starred and All conversations in the first column ,the communication thread in the 2nd column and Contact information in the 3rd column.
- You can Create new message by clicking the pencil icon in first column or click the designated contact to continue the communication.
- You can also select quick Filters for your conversations by clicking the filter icon
- You can see Archive, Star, Mark as unread, Delete and Filter icons in communication column
- You can sort from latest to oldest or viceversa by clicking the dropdown arrow below pencil and filter icons in the first column
- In the Contact information column, you can see Contacts, Appointment, Opportunities,Task and Notes icons
There are diffrent type of communications you can use in the conversation page
- Phone Calls - You can listen to the call recording by clicking the play button. You can also call back by clicking the phone icon.
- SMS - You can reply back to the text message

Emails - If you prefer to email the person just hit the email option and type your message. You can also select available templates.
- WhatsApp - Using our new feature, users can check if a particular contact is on WhatsApp or not.
