The Cold Email Report Tool is designed to help you manage and analyze your email marketing campaigns efficiently

Locate Your Cold Email Report:
- Navigate to the left-hand side of your blue navigation menu.
- Scroll towards the bottom and click on Cold Email Report

Select Your Campaign:
- Identify the campaign you want to view.
- Campaigns are listed by names such as Realtor Email Marketing Campaign (REMC) or Owner Email Marketing Campaign (OEMC).
Lead Metrics:

- Total leads and various lead statuses are displayed for each campaign.
- Key metrics include:
- Replies: Shows the % of all replies to the cold email campaign
- Positive: Hover over this box to see detailed counts of neutral, negative, and positive responses.
- Leads in Sequence: Hover to view the number of leads that have not started versus those that have completed the sequence.
- Emails Sent: Shows the total number of emails sent and those yet to be sent (assuming all leads will receive all three sequence emails).
- Bounced: Emails that could not be delivered.
- Unsubscribed: % of email recipients that unsubscribed from your cold email campaign.
Campaign Events
In this view, you're able to see your emails sent, replies, link clicks and unsubscribes.
- Clicking the corresponding color to the aforementioned labels in the legend below the graph will toggle these on and off for a clearer view.
- Selecting the dot on the actual graph will pull up further contact information for that specific contact response.
Viewing Email Sequence:

- A button labeled "View Sequence" allows you to see the specific steps in your email sequence
The Cold Email Report Tool offers a user-friendly interface to monitor and manage your email campaigns. By providing detailed metrics and easy access to your email sequences, this tool helps ensure your campaigns are effective and efficient.
Unsubscribe Portal
Here you're able to directly unsubscribe prospects from your cold email list, view their messages, and the various sentiments (neutral, positive or negative)
- Negative responses are not shown in the responses sections and would need to be toggle on in the upper right-hand corner
- Negative responses will also NOT show in the Contacts or Conversations view of your account.
