Cold Email Lead Action Workflow

Learn about what happens when a cold email gets a reply and how to respond!

We've created a Cold Email Lead Action workflow in your account for you!

This can be located by navigating to Automations > Cold Email Lead Action

The Cold Email Lead Action workflow activates when a contact is tagged with "Cold Email" and has a non-empty Cold Email Sentiment. Following this, the contact's email response is recorded in the Notes section for easy reference.

The workflow subsequently generates a task for the contact's Assigned User. If desired, you can include an "Assign to User" step in the workflow, allowing you to designate this specific workflow and its associated contacts to a particular user.

Additionally, the workflow generates an Opportunity within the "New Lead" stage of the Sales Pipeline, with the source of this Opportunity designated as "Cold Email." Furthermore, an internal email notification is dispatched to the assigned user to keep them informed of the new activity! 

Once an opportunity is created, it is also entered into the "New Lead Phone Call"  workflow. This workflow sends an automated reply to the contact as well as tasks the assigned user to reach out.
