Steps to Optimize Your Mailing List
Step 1: Access Design Studio
- Open Design Studio from the navigation menu
- Navigate to the Campaigns section.
- Click on View Campaigns to see all your postcard campaigns.
Step 2: Review Campaign Dashboard
- Select the dashboard for your sent postcards by clicking the chart icon next to your campaign.
- Once on the Dashboard screen, click on the "Response" tab at the top.
- This will display detailed information about the delivery status of your postcards.
Step 3: Identify Invalid Addresses
- Focus on the "Return to Sender" and "Incomplete USPS Scan Data" categories.
- Click on Details to see a list of recipients whose addresses need to be removed.
Step 4: Remove Invalid Addresses
- Open a new tab and duplicate your tab to work on two screens simultaneously, if possible.
- Search for the recipient (e.g., Raymore) in the Contacts section.
- Edit the contact details by removing the address information. This ensures that the address is empty and removes the recipient from future mailings.
Step 5: Clean Up Your Mailing List
- Go through each contact with a Return to Sender or Incomplete USPS Scan Data status.
- Remove their address details from the Contacts database.
- Updating your mailing list with this information will help to avoid sending future mailings to invalid addresses.
Step 6: Analyze Engagement Data
- Use the "Response" tab on the dashboard to check for unique visitors, QR code scans, and conversions.
- Scroll down to "Online Audience" section to see who scanned your QR code and the pages they visited.
- This data helps tailor your messaging and maximize impact.
Benefits of Keeping Your List Clean
- Cost Savings: Avoid spending money on invalid addresses.
- Improved Targeting: Ensure your message reaches the right audience.
- Enhanced ROI: Better data leads to more effective marketing campaigns.
