What is Call Transcription?

Call transcription involves converting the audio track of a voice or video call into written text, which is then stored as plain text in a conversational language.

When Call Transcription is enabled, it will auto generate call transcription for all your Outbound and inbound recorded calls. This is not supported for IVR recorded calls and would only work for the Phone Number that has call recording enabled.

How to Enable Call Transciption?

  1. Log in to your vintory account
  2. Navigate to Settings from the menu pane
  3. Click Phone Numbers
  4. Select Advanced Settings
  5. Click Voice Calls
  6. Checked Enable Call Transcription box





Please Note:

This is a paid service and you would be charged on top call recordings for generating the call transcription. This will not work for IVR calls.
